Plant for the treatment of special liquid waste

The executive project of the liquid waste treatment plant included:
-n°6 reactors Ø4000 h=7.5 m storage 70 m3, equipped with internal fluid movement system, with relative accessories – Stored fluid: neutral alkaline liquid waste screened with a 2 mm gap and desanded – fluid temperature 5-25 °C
-n° 3 tanks Ø3000 h=7 m storage 35 m3, with relative accessories, completely insulated – Fluid stored: oily waste screened with a 2 mm gap and desanded and oily emulsions – fluid temperature 0-90 °C
-n° 6 tanks Ø2500 h=13.5 m storage 60 m3, with relative accessories – Stored fluid: neutral alkaline liquid waste screened with a 2 mm gap and desanded – Fluid temperature 0-40 °C
-n °2 tanks Ø5000 h=15 m storage 240 m3, with relative accessories , completely insulated – Stored fluid: oily waste screened with a 2 mm gap and desanded and oily emulsions – Fluid temperature 0-90 °C
– n °6 tanks Ø5000 h=15 m storage 240 m3, with relative accessories – Stored fluid: neutral alkaline liquid waste screened with a 2 mm gap and desanded – Fluid temperature 0-40°C
-A plant for the production of milk of lime composed of a silo Ø3000 h= 9 m 60 m3 for the storage of lime, a screw and a dissolver for milk of lime of 10 m3 with stirrer;
Euromecc also took care of the executive design, construction and installation of all the necessary carpentry for the set of stairs and walkways essential for access and maintenance of the system components, as well as the construction of the support carpentry for the entire hydraulic systems.
All the supplies have been finished with special painting cycles to resist the particular environmental conditions of the site, guaranteeing their specifications over time, with a total of 9 different colours.
