At the request of Astaldi customer, Euromecc has supplied two mobile batching plants for the production of ready-mix concrete necessary to carry out the expansion of the airport of Santiago, Chile. Specifically, these are two 3300B mobile batching plants of the Fivetech series, particularly known for the absence of foundations and record installation times.

At the request of Astaldi customer, Euromecc has supplied two mobile batching plants for the production of ready-mix concrete necessary to carry out the expansion of the airport of Santiago, Chile. Specifically, these are two 3300B mobile batching plants of the Fivetech series, particularly known for the absence of foundations and record installation times.
Main features
The two plants, independent from each other, are fully automated and fully galvanized. They reach a production of 130 m³/h and are equipped with 4+4 aggregates compartments and two mixers MEB 5000. The aggregates are loaded through reversible belts. In addition, a high-pressure recycling system with rotating heads and a filtration system for mixers and weighning hoppers were installed.
