To meet the production needs of the company F.lli Vacis Euromecc has built and installed two batching plants for the construction of precast elements. The customer company produces concrete products and has been active in the construction sector for over 40 years. Over time, it has expanded the range of products offered, using innovative and technologically advanced systems that have allowed it to increase its know-how.

To meet the production needs of the company F.lli Vacis Euromecc has built and installed two batching plants for the construction of precast elements. The customer company produces concrete products and has been active in the construction sector for over 40 years. Technical features
The plant has the following characteristics:
- Bucket elevator for aggregates loading and reversible conveyor belt;
- Six tanks divided into 9 aggregates storage compartments;
- Weigher wagon to ensure;
- Three EUROMECC planetary mixers of 1,5 m3 yielded;
- One 0,5 m3 EUROMECC planetary mixer;
- Digital microwave sensor to measure concrete humidity and temperature;
- Wear-resistant and steel coatings;
- Loading of concrete to wagon;
- Colormix system for colored concrete distribution;
- High pressure washing plant for mixers.
