The MEP planetary mixer is used both for prefabrication and for BPE plants. The MEP is distinguished by the entry of binders in a central position as well as the liquids through distribution plates, because the motors are eccentric, this not only allows a homogeneous distribution of the raw materials in the mixer, helping with mixing, but also this the internal upper part is free of mechanical elements, without roughness, which greatly facilitates cleaning and maintenance operations. The blades are made of chrome alloy and the coverings are made of 15mm Hardox®. The solution with several motors makes it possible to transmit a distributed force on the transmission elements. The coating of the upper internal part of the tank in polyethylene facilitates cleaning and protects the mixer.
