The Euromecc washing head was developed and patented by our design office following years of research and experimentation on site. During concrete production, the nozzles are protected in an aluminum shell, which open under the effect of water pressure during the washing phase. The washing head is rotated on its main axis by an electric motor and thanks to the water pressure of 50 bars it pivots on the inclined axis allowing 360° washing in all directions. In concrete mixers, they work in tandem, two at a time, which alternate if 4 or 6 washing heads are provided in the mixer. All mixers can be equipped with automatic washing, including continuous mixers for concrete applications.
